Sahukar.app is a loan discovery website. We are not a bank or NBFC and we do not lend money. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you request a callback or use this website.

What we collect

When you submit the callback form, we store your full name, mobile number, city, the type of loan you selected, the language of the page you used, the time of the request, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.

We also see your IP address for a short time in the running website process so we can limit repeated submissions. We do not save that IP address in the enquiry record.

If someone signs in to the private admin page, we store an encrypted session cookie on that device. Public visitors are not given that cookie.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to call you back about your loan enquiry, to email our advisors when a new request arrives, and to keep a record of requests we have received. We keep the consent wording so we can show what you agreed to.

Who can see it

Advisors who sign in to the admin page can see enquiry details so they can call you. The same details are sent by email to the inbox we use for new leads.

We do not sell your information. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

The hosting and database services that run this website process the data as part of storing and serving the site.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records so an advisor can call you and so we have a record of the request. If you want a record updated or deleted, use the callback form on this website and say that you want your enquiry details changed or removed.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can refuse consent by not submitting the form. Withdrawing consent later does not undo a callback that has already happened.

Children

This website is meant for adults who want to enquire about a loan. Do not submit a child's personal details.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
