Loan documents: what you need to enquire, and what lenders often ask later
Search results often mix two different moments: asking a question, and applying to a lender. On Sahukar.app those are separate. You do not upload documents to request a callback. If you later apply, the lender will say what they need.
What you need to enquire here
The form asks for your full name, a 10-digit Indian mobile number, your city and the type of loan you want to discuss. You also confirm that we may call, text or WhatsApp you about that enquiry.
That is enough for an advisor to return the call. It is not a loan file.
Papers lenders commonly ask for later
If you apply with a bank or NBFC, they often ask for identity and address proof, recent income proof such as salary slips or income-tax returns, and a few months of bank statements. Self-employed applicants are often asked for business proofs as well.
For a home loan or a loan against property they usually also want property papers, such as title documents and, where relevant, an approved plan or sale agreement. The exact list belongs to the lender.
- Identity proof, such as a PAN card or Aadhaar, if the lender accepts those.
- Address proof, if it is not already on the identity document they accept.
- Income and banking proof that matches how you earn.
- Property papers for a secured housing or loan-against-property application.
What this page does not do
- We do not issue a checklist that guarantees a lender will accept your file.
- We do not store uploaded PDFs on this website — the form has no upload field.
- We do not tell you to share OTPs, card numbers or originals with anyone who is not the lender you chose.
How an advisor uses the first call
The advisor should ask what you need the money for and whether you already have papers ready. They can talk through the usual difference between an enquiry and an application.
If someone claiming to be from Sahukar.app asks you to transfer a fee to a personal account before a callback, treat that as a warning sign and do not pay.
Document questions
Do I need PAN to request a callback?
No. The website form does not ask for PAN. A lender may ask for PAN if you apply.
Should I email my bank statements now?
No. Do not send statements, photos of cards or OTPs through this website. Wait until you are applying with a lender you have chosen to deal with.
Will you keep copies of my documents?
The callback form does not collect document files. If you later share papers with a lender, that lender's policy applies, not this form.

Request a callback without uploading papers
Name, mobile, city and loan type are enough to enquire. An advisor will call you back.
Sahukar.app is not a lender. Loan approval, amount, interest rate and terms are decided by the lender based on their own eligibility criteria.
